Quebec 4-H is very excited to announce our 48th PROVINCIAL RALLY hosted by Richmond 4-H Club.   It will take place on June 27th to 30th, 2024 with the theme for the weekend as “DISNEY”.

We can not wait to see all of our members, parents, friends and leaders getting together for an amazing weekend full of connection, engagement and unforgettable memories.

Rally pre-registration is now open at Assist Expo https://www.assistexpo.ca/4-h-quebec

Registration deadline: by May 12, 2024. *Please note that to make entries for the fitting competition, a chaperone must pre-register their club under the “Chaperones/Parents/Leaders” section.

Accommodations: Billeting will be available on a first come first serve basis. The cost for camping is $35 for trailers and $20 for tents.

Registration: The registration fee is $120 per member, no additional fee for entering multiple projects. A $20 late fee will be applied starting on May 13. No entries will be accepted after May 26. Members unable to attend Rally in person can also send in their life skills classes for a fee of $20. Please select the Life Skill – No Rally Attendance in AssistExpo for this option.

Meal Plans: Participants’ meal plans are included in their registration fee.

Meal plans for designated chaperones are free of charge. Limited to two per club.

Additional volunteers, family, or friends can purchase a weekend meal plan for $85 each.

Banquet ticket: $30 (for those without a meal plan).

Saturday lunch will also be available during show day, $10 cash per person (for those without a meal plan)
