2026 Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit is an exciting opportunity for volunteer leaders and 4-H professionals to showcase the communities they are building, share ideas for innovative programs, and hear from experts on emerging topics. It features a mix of workshops, an expert keynote address, knowledge sharing, networking, and fun!

The 4-H approach is “learning by doing.” The best way to create a 4-H club where young people feel valued, connected, and supported is to experience it for yourself by participating in the Leadership Summit!

Open to: 4-H leaders and provincial supervisors
Theme: Feet on the ground, eyes on the horizon
